The Business Analytics Advisor position is an opportunity for an analytics professional to provide leadership on complex analytics projects and initiatives. Provides guidance and performs complex data research and analysis to support business operations. Support matrix partners on an ad hoc basis as needed to support various integral business functions. Understand how our analytics affect the broader business bridging the gap between data science and our business stakeholders. Deliver and present medical cost results to key matrix partners at various levels of the organization as well as to external partners. Influence adoption of key initiatives and steward existing savings projection models and reporting tools.
5+ years’ healthcare industry experience solving business problems through the application of analytic approaches
Fee-for-Value and/or Fee-for-Service experience preferred
Knowledge of standard medical coding: CPT, ICD10, HCPC
Understanding of managed care business processes, data, systems, and applications for claims payment, enrollment, benefit design
