Job Description

This position is responsible for the development and execution of business-to-business strategic marketing in the form of content development, differentiated market messaging, and overall marketing communications support to increase adoption of Care+ and Benefits Management+ capabilities. Own solution core messages, sales enablement/assets, thought leadership and/or brand marketing content. Develop and maintain solutions assets, emails and PowerPoint presentations; executes on product-based campaigns. Develop and execute on meaningful and aligned market messages. Leverages business knowledge, research, and insights to optimize market messages and communications campaigns. Manages to completion initiatives that impact or support profit margin goals within expected timelines.

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of relevant professional experience in complex B2B marketing; emphasis in writing and content development

  • Digital B2B and social media B2B experience.

  • Demonstrated experience in integrated marketing communication campaigns a plus.

  • A track record of positioning an organization to achieve tangible outcomes in a competitive environment
