  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive workforce strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to execute workforce planning initiatives and drive organizational change.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and department heads, to identify current and future workforce needs and develop solutions to address them.
  4. Conduct data analysis and use workforce analytics to identify trends and forecast future workforce needs.
  5. Ensure the company has a diverse and inclusive workforce by implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives and strategies.
  6. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with external organizations to attract and retain top talent.
  7. Oversee the development and implementation of talent management programs, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development.
  8. Monitor and report on key metrics related to workforce planning, such as turnover rates, diversity metrics, and succession planning.
  9. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in workforce planning and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  10. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all matters related to workforce planning and talent management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Hr, With At Least 5 Years In Workforce Planning And Management Roles.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Strong Understanding Of Workforce Planning Principles And Best Practices, With A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Strategic Workforce Plans.

  • Proven Leadership And Management Experience, With The Ability To Effectively Lead A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Stakeholders.

  • Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Present Data And Insights To Senior Leadership And Drive Decision-Making.
