- Develop and implement a comprehensive workforce strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to execute workforce planning initiatives and drive organizational change.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and department heads, to identify current and future workforce needs and develop solutions to address them.
- Conduct data analysis and use workforce analytics to identify trends and forecast future workforce needs.
- Ensure the company has a diverse and inclusive workforce by implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives and strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with external organizations to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee the development and implementation of talent management programs, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development.
- Monitor and report on key metrics related to workforce planning, such as turnover rates, diversity metrics, and succession planning.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in workforce planning and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all matters related to workforce planning and talent management.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Hr, With At Least 5 Years In Workforce Planning And Management Roles.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
Strong Understanding Of Workforce Planning Principles And Best Practices, With A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Strategic Workforce Plans.
Proven Leadership And Management Experience, With The Ability To Effectively Lead A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Stakeholders.
Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Present Data And Insights To Senior Leadership And Drive Decision-Making.
