- Develop and execute a comprehensive value-based care strategy for Cigna, in alignment with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
- Lead and direct the Value-Based Care Product & Strategy team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to drive growth and innovation in Cigna's value-based care products.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes related to value-based care, and use this information to inform strategic decision-making.
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and opportunities for collaboration with providers, payers, and other industry stakeholders to enhance Cigna's value-based care offerings.
- Utilize strong business acumen to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to drive value in the healthcare delivery system.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Monitor and track performance metrics, regularly reporting on the progress and success of the value-based care strategy and products.
- Act as a thought leader and represent Cigna at industry conferences and events, sharing insights and best practices related to value-based care.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in the development and execution of the value-based care strategy and products.
