At Cigna, we are looking for a Managing Director, Individual Family Plan (IFP) Business to join our team and lead our IFP business to success. The successful candidate for this role will be an experienced and highly motivated leader with a passion for driving results.We are looking for someone with a minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, marketing, sales, or operations in the health insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health insurance products, including IFP, and a proven track record of successfully building and managing IFP business. They should also have a deep understanding of the market dynamics of the IFP industry and customer base, and be able to develop strategies to drive growth and profitability. The Managing Director, IFP Business will be a hands-on leader who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has a strong commitment to customer service and quality. This individual will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a collaborative spirit and strong business acumen, and will be passionate about leading and developing a team to achieve success.
