  1. Develop and implement provider network strategies to support the company's mission of improving the health and well-being of customers.
  2. Lead and manage a team of provider contracting and network management professionals.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, affordable healthcare solutions to customers.
  4. Negotiate and manage contracts with healthcare providers to ensure competitive rates and terms.
  5. Monitor and evaluate provider performance to ensure adherence to contract terms and quality standards.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve provider network performance.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to inform network development strategies.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  9. Develop and manage budgets for provider network management activities.
  10. Communicate and present network management strategies and results to senior leadership.
  11. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures related to provider network management.
  12. Mentor and coach team members to ensure a high-performing and engaged team.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to support the company's goals and objectives.
  14. Represent the company in negotiations and meetings with providers and other external parties.
  15. Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to provider contracting and network management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Provider Contracting And Network Management Within The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Trends, Regulations, And Payment Models.

  • Excellent Negotiation, Communication, And Relationship-Building Skills.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Experience And Ability To Manage A Team Effectively.
