Manager of Global Cyber Threat Intelligence
As a leader, you'll develop and continuously motivate a diverse team to drive tactical and operational decision making. Coach and mentor individuals within the CTI team, demonstrating tangible results and growth in your people. Creative problem-solver to tackle the biggest problems (i.e., ICS/OT environments) in operationalizing threat intelligence. Strategic thinker with the ability to understand the big picture. Develop career progression plans that include specialized training drive high level goals and achievements. Set up and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation. Create and drive the prioritization strategy by leveraging key CTI Frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK®, Cyber Kill Chain®) to guide proactive and tactical defensive controls.
5+ years of Cyber Threat Intelligence experience and direct experience leading CTI teams.
Strong experience in mentoring, building diverse teams.
Extensive experience and understanding of intelligence processes: analytical methods, the intelligence cycle and information evaluation
Familiarity with security technologies and tooling, e.g. threat intelligence platforms, SIEM, SOAR, IDS/IPS, EDRs.
