Manager - IT Business Analysis & Configuration

The Sr. Manager will lead a team of Business Analyst/Configurators responsible for project execution, enhancement implementation, and incident resolution. Develop and roll out business analysis methodology: training, onboarding, playbooks, templates, guidelines, checklists, and standards. Write and conduct employee performance evaluation, make hiring decisions, and carry out supervisory duties. Proactively guide, coach, reward, and discipline employees. Ensure clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area. Defines team/individual objectives, monitor progress, and evaluate outcomes. Understand the interaction and relationship of business operations, business processes, and supported system applications. Partner with Program Governance and Delivery teams on the prioritization of demand delivery across work streams. Monitor, review, and approve change control (transports/Charms) and validation documentation.
