Job Description

Cigna, a leading Health Services company, is looking for exceptional Intelligent Automation Analysts in our Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (COE). The primary responsibility for this role is to help build the intelligent automation pipeline for the Cigna enterprise by analyzing automation ideas and helping determine their value and viability. This role requires you to be able to understand business processes in operations across all domains in our enterprise, and also understand and help determine technologies we can use to help create business value. Analyze business automation ideas that have been submitted. Interact and engage with operational excellence teams and business process owners to understand process and value drivers using automation. Help calculate value/viability score for an automation idea. Boundless intellectual curiosity to continually learn and explore how to do things better, faster and cheaper.

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with intelligent automation tools – especially robotics

  • Prior entrepreneurial or startup experience is desirable

  • Ability to work as part of a high performing team in a fast paced environment

  • Knowledge and experience with agile development is desired
