  2. Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  3. Develop and maintain technology infrastructure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  4. Identify and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of infrastructure solutions.
  6. Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures for infrastructure systems.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in infrastructure engineering to drive future growth and success.
  8. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  9. Ensure all infrastructure systems are secure, reliable, and scalable to support current and future business needs.
  10. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising the quality of infrastructure services.
  11. Participate in project planning and execution to ensure infrastructure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  12. Continuously monitor and analyze infrastructure performance and proactively suggest improvements to increase efficiency and performance.
  13. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in infrastructure engineering to drive innovation and stay ahead in the market.
  14. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team to ensure continuous growth and development.
  15. Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure timely and effective resolution of infrastructure issues.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Infrastructure Engineering, With A Focus On Designing And Implementing Complex Systems.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Network Architecture, Server Infrastructure, And Virtualization Technologies.

  • Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Large-Scale Infrastructure Projects, Including Budgeting And Resource Allocation.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
