  1. Develop and maintain relationships with brokers to increase the company's IFP business.
  2. Strategize and implement plans to achieve IFP sales targets.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential brokers and market trends.
  4. Build and maintain a network of brokers through effective communication and regular engagement.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and materials for IFP products.
  6. Train and educate brokers on Cigna's IFP products and services.
  7. Monitor and analyze broker performance and provide coaching and support when necessary.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in the healthcare landscape.
  9. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote IFP products and services.
  10. Prepare and present reports on IFP sales and broker performance to senior management.
  11. Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives to improve IFP sales and customer satisfaction.
  12. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  13. Continuously identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the IFP business.
  14. Serve as a point of contact for brokers, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Cigna, promoting the company's values and mission.
