  1. Lead the implementation of new healthcare programs and initiatives within Cigna.
  2. Ensure successful launch and integration of new programs with existing systems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and timelines.
  4. Monitor project progress and identify and address any potential roadblocks or issues.
  5. Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  6. Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within scope and on time.
  7. Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential project risks.
  8. Work closely with healthcare operations teams to understand their needs and requirements for successful program implementation.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners involved in the implementation process.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve implementation processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Mentor and train junior project management staff to support their professional development.
  12. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to inform project management strategies and decisions.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, throughout the project lifecycle.
  14. Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the implementation team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Project Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Managing Complex Implementation Projects, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Create And Adhere To Project Plans, Manage Budgets, And Mitigate Risks.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Technology Systems And Processes, Such As Electronic Medical Records And Claims Processing, And Familiarity With Industry Regulations And Compliance.
