  1. Develop and implement robust identity control processes and procedures to protect sensitive information.
  2. Conduct regular audits of identity controls and systems to identify any potential vulnerabilities or weaknesses.
  3. Monitor and analyze logs and other data to detect and investigate any unauthorized access attempts.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security policies and procedures are being followed.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in identity control and audit to continuously improve our systems and processes.
  6. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all identity control and audit processes.
  7. Train and educate employees on proper identity control procedures and guidelines.
  8. Respond to and resolve any identified security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  9. Communicate any security risks or concerns to management and recommend appropriate solutions.
  10. Participate in the development and implementation of new security tools and technologies.
  11. Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend measures to mitigate potential security threats.
  12. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimizing identity control and audit processes.
  13. Collaborate with external auditors and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert for identity control and audit related inquiries and provide guidance and support to other teams.
  15. Stay informed about emerging security threats and vulnerabilities and take necessary actions to mitigate any potential risks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Identity And Access Management, Including Auditing And Compliance.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Standards Such As Hipaa, Gdpr, And Sox.

  • Experience With Identity And Access Management Tools Such As Sailpoint, Cyberark, Or Okta.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
