1. Provide skilled nursing services to patients receiving home infusion therapy.
2. Administer medication and monitor patient response and progress.
3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
4. Educate patients and their families on home infusion therapy, medication administration, and self-care techniques.
5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
7. Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the appropriate healthcare team members.
8. Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients during home visits.
9. Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure proper handling and disposal of medical waste.
10. Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve clinical skills.
11. Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, promoting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of patients.
12. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
