- Work closely with UX designers and developers to ensure the design strategy is effectively implemented.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of design strategies, making adjustments as needed.
- Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to generate innovative ideas for improving user experiences.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in experience design.
- Advocate for the importance of user experience within the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of design strategy with business goals and objectives.
- Communicate design strategy and decisions to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Mentor and support other team members in their understanding and application of design thinking principles.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design standards and guidelines.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the overall user experience for Cigna's customers.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Or A Related Field.
3-5 Years Of Experience In Experience Design, User Research, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Experience Design Strategies For Digital Products And Services.
Strong Understanding Of Design Thinking Methodologies And User-Centered Design Principles.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Teams Such As Product Management, Engineering, And Marketing.
