  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design strategies for Cigna's products and services.
  2. Utilize design thinking principles to drive user-centered solutions.
  3. Conduct user research to gain insights and inform design decisions.
  4. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in user experiences.
  5. Work closely with UX designers and developers to ensure the design strategy is effectively implemented.
  6. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of design strategies, making adjustments as needed.
  7. Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to generate innovative ideas for improving user experiences.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in experience design.
  9. Advocate for the importance of user experience within the organization.
  10. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of design strategy with business goals and objectives.
  11. Communicate design strategy and decisions to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  12. Mentor and support other team members in their understanding and application of design thinking principles.
  13. Contribute to the development and maintenance of design standards and guidelines.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the overall user experience for Cigna's customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Or A Related Field.

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In Experience Design, User Research, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Experience Design Strategies For Digital Products And Services.

  • Strong Understanding Of Design Thinking Methodologies And User-Centered Design Principles.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Teams Such As Product Management, Engineering, And Marketing.
