  1. Conduct proactive research and sourcing strategies to identify and engage with top executive-level talent.
  2. Utilize various sourcing tools, platforms, and techniques to identify and attract potential candidates.
  3. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified executive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  4. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  5. Screen and assess potential candidates to ensure alignment with organizational values, culture, and job requirements.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through effective communication and networking.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitive landscape to inform sourcing strategies.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system.
  9. Partner with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing strategies to attract top executive talent and enhance the candidate experience.
  11. Represent Cigna as an employer of choice and promote our brand to attract top talent.
  12. Adhere to all legal and compliance requirements related to sourcing and recruiting practices.
  13. Collaborate with other members of the Talent Acquisition team to share best practices and support team goals.
  14. Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and candidate progress to hiring managers and the HR team.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team through active participation in team meetings, trainings, and projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Sourcing And Recruiting For Executive Level Positions.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Attracting Top Talent For Senior Leadership Roles.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Executive Recruitment Strategies And Best Practices.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Internal Stakeholders.
