
Executive Sourcer, Talent Acquisition
Cigna is looking for a highly motivated Executive Sourcer, Talent Acquisition to join our fast-paced and collaborative Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented professional who is passionate about sourcing and recruiting top talent to join the Cigna family.This role requires an individual who is proactive, organized, and creative. The ideal candidate will also possess superior communication skills, be a self-starter, and have a strong sense of urgency as well as a desire to work in a team environment.The Executive Sourcer, Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing proactive and innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent. This individual will work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition and other teams to ensure a best in class candidate experience.Qualifications:• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Executive Sourcing and/or Talent Acquisition• Proven track record of success in identifying, engaging, and recruiting top talent• Expert knowledge of multiple sourcing techniques, including but not limited to: Boolean searches, networking, and direct sourcing• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and influencers• Ability to think strategically and create innovative sourcing strategies• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment• Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsIf you are an experienced Executive Sourcer who is passionate about Talent Acquisition, we invite you to apply to join the Cigna team today!
