At Cigna, we are looking for an Executive Recruiter who will be responsible for helping us find and hire the best talent for our executive-level positions. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the executive recruiting process and a strong understanding of the competitive landscape in which our executives will operate. They should also be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to build strong relationships with executive-level candidates.The successful candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience in executive recruitment and have the ability to network and develop relationships with senior-level candidates. They must also have experience working with executive search firms, and have a track record of successfully placing qualified executives. In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the executive recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Lead executive-level recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent for executive-level positions.
- Develop strong relationships with executive-level candidates and maintain an active network of potential hires.
- Utilize executive search firms to identify qualified executives.
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure successful recruitment outcomes.
- Track recruitment progress and ensure timely completion of recruitment goals.
- Monitor competitive landscape to stay abreast of industry trends.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment best practices and new industry developments.
- Foster strong partnerships with internal teams and external partners.
- Provide periodic reports to management on recruitment progress and results.
