- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and strengthen relationships with enterprise clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities for Cigna within the enterprise market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customized solutions for enterprise clients.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Cigna's products, services, and capabilities, and effectively communicate these to clients.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for assigned accounts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and develop innovative solutions.
- Lead and facilitate client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Mentor and support other team members in managing enterprise accounts and developing strategic plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and account information.
- Represent Cigna at industry events and conferences, promoting our services and building brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services to enterprise clients.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to enterprise account management.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Embody Cigna's mission, values, and culture in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Relationship-Building Skills.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Insurance Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Enterprise-Level Accounts.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Trends, Industry Regulations, And Competitive Landscape.
