  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and strengthen relationships with enterprise clients.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  3. Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities for Cigna within the enterprise market.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customized solutions for enterprise clients.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on Cigna's products, services, and capabilities, and effectively communicate these to clients.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for assigned accounts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and develop innovative solutions.
  8. Lead and facilitate client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  9. Mentor and support other team members in managing enterprise accounts and developing strategic plans.
  10. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and account information.
  11. Represent Cigna at industry events and conferences, promoting our services and building brand awareness.
  12. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services to enterprise clients.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to enterprise account management.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  15. Embody Cigna's mission, values, and culture in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Relationship-Building Skills.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Insurance Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Enterprise-Level Accounts.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Trends, Industry Regulations, And Competitive Landscape.
