  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications, including addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives for assigned clients, including advertising campaigns, events, and other promotional activities.
  4. Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop strategies and solutions that align with client goals and objectives.
  5. Monitor and track project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
  6. Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to review project status, performance metrics, and identify potential areas for improvement.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients.
  8. Ensure all client deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
  9. Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients to drive revenue growth.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
  11. Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition and successful partnership.
  12. Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise with clients to maintain a positive working relationship.
  13. Represent the company's values and brand image in all interactions with clients.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Account Coordination Or Project Management, Preferably Within An In-House Marketing Agency Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Marketing Principles And Strategies, Particularly In The Areas Of Digital And Traditional Advertising, Content Creation, And Social Media.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously, While Maintaining A High Level Of Attention To Detail And Organization.
