
Enterprise Account Coordinator, In-House Marketing Agency
Cigna is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our in-house marketing agency as an Enterprise Account Coordinator. - Manage and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, acting as the main point of contact for all marketing needs.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each client's business objectives and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of marketing projects and campaigns for multiple clients, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, and analytics to develop and implement effective marketing solutions for clients.
- Communicate project status, progress, and any potential issues to clients and internal teams in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and work with the sales team to develop proposals and pitches for potential upsell opportunities.
- Continuously monitor and analyze client performance data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the agency is providing cutting-edge marketing solutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records and project documentation.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement processes and procedures to improve agency efficiency and effectiveness.
- Actively contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and strategies for clients.
- Represent the agency in a professional and positive manner at client meetings and events.
- Provide support to the agency's overall success by assisting with new business pitches and other agency initiatives as needed.
- Uphold the agency's brand and values in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Account Coordination Or Project Management Within An In-House Marketing Agency Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Traditional And Digital Marketing Strategies And Tactics.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
