Cigna is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our in-house marketing agency as an Enterprise Account Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our enterprise clients, ensuring that their marketing needs are met and supporting the overall success of our agency. As an integral member of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize your strong communication and organizational skills to drive results.   1. Manage and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, acting as the main point of contact for all marketing needs.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each client's business objectives and marketing strategies.
  3. Coordinate and oversee the execution of marketing projects and campaigns for multiple clients, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, and analytics to develop and implement effective marketing solutions for clients.
  5. Communicate project status, progress, and any potential issues to clients and internal teams in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Identify opportunities for account growth and work with the sales team to develop proposals and pitches for potential upsell opportunities.
  7. Continuously monitor and analyze client performance data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the agency is providing cutting-edge marketing solutions to clients.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized client records and project documentation.
  10. Demonstrate exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  11. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement processes and procedures to improve agency efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Actively contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and strategies for clients.
  13. Represent the agency in a professional and positive manner at client meetings and events.
  14. Provide support to the agency's overall success by assisting with new business pitches and other agency initiatives as needed.
  15. Uphold the agency's brand and values in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Account Coordination Or Project Management Within An In-House Marketing Agency Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Traditional And Digital Marketing Strategies And Tactics.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
