  12. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and efficiency within the account management process.
  13. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  14. Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set by the company.
  15. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Customer Service, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Crm Software

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards, With A Focus On Insurance And Benefits Administration For Large Corporations.
