  1. Promote and maintain positive member engagement: The Engagement Consultant is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage members and promote their overall health and well-being.
  2. Build and maintain relationships: This role requires the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with members, colleagues, and healthcare providers.
  3. Enhance member satisfaction: The Engagement Consultant is responsible for ensuring that members are satisfied with their healthcare experience by addressing their concerns and needs in a timely and effective manner.
  4. Improve member retention: The primary goal of an Engagement Consultant is to help retain members by providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive relationship with them.
  5. Utilize excellent communication skills: Strong communication skills are a must for this role, as the Engagement Consultant will be responsible for communicating with members, colleagues, and healthcare providers through various channels.
  6. Understand the healthcare industry: The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including knowledge of health insurance plans, wellness programs, and healthcare regulations.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service: The Engagement Consultant will be the main point of contact for members, and it is their responsibility to ensure that all interactions are handled with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
