  1. Develop and maintain relationships with dental providers within assigned territory to ensure a strong and reliable network for Cigna members.
  2. Identify and recruit new dental providers to expand the network and increase access to care for members.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate credentialing and contracting processes for new and existing providers.
  4. Conduct regular site visits to dental offices to maintain relationships and provide support and education on Cigna policies and procedures.
  5. Analyze and track network utilization data to identify opportunities for network optimization and cost savings.
  6. Negotiate and manage contracts with dental providers, ensuring competitive rates and adherence to quality standards.
  7. Serve as the primary point of contact for dental providers, addressing any issues or concerns and providing timely and effective resolution.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the dental market to inform network development strategies.
  9. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote Cigna's dental products and services to potential and existing providers.
  10. Participate in internal meetings and trainings to share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
  11. Maintain accurate records and reports on provider network activities and performance.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Represent Cigna at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential providers.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance provider satisfaction and streamline operations.
  15. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements, ensuring the network is in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Provider Relations Within The Healthcare Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Dental Insurance Products, Policies, And Procedures.

  • Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Dental Providers.

  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, And Presentation Skills.
