Job Description

In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our network of dental providers is delivering exceptional care to our members.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dental providers to ensure high-quality care for Cigna members.
  2. Monitor and analyze provider performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for provider recruitment and retention.
  4. Conduct regular site visits and audits to evaluate provider compliance with Cigna’s standards of care.
  5. Serve as a point of contact for providers, addressing any issues or concerns and providing timely resolutions.
  6. Educate providers on Cigna’s policies, procedures, and expectations to ensure alignment with company goals.
  7. Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in regulations to inform provider network development and management strategies.
  8. Assist with the development and execution of provider training and education programs.
  9. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with providers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
  10. Support the development and implementation of new initiatives and programs to enhance the quality of dental services provided to Cigna members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Provider Relations Or Network Management Role Within The Healthcare Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Dental Insurance Plans And Provider Networks

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Dental Providers

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
