Develop and manage the Cigna Dental HMO product line strategy and multi-year roadmap that meet stakeholder needs, and enables earnings and growth strategies. Ensures strategy complements or leverages other key initiatives for Dental and CIGNA in general. Prioritizes product efforts to align with business strategic priorities, and priority of buying groups/ market segments. Owns the overall roadmap execution and is accountable that the product is built on time, according to scope and budget. Develops and delivers business cases to support recommended Dental HMO product strategies. Develops an approach to existing product line management using KPIs and industry benchmark to monitor performance. Establishes performance KPIs with clear systems of measures and accountabilities that drive results. Manage small team to drive product development roadmap efforts to successful execution.
