Counsel - Pharmacy Network
Cigna is looking for a talented, driven Counsel - Pharmacy Network professional to join our Legal team. Reporting to the Senior Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on a wide variety of pharmacy-related matters.We are looking for a strategic, innovative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy law, a passion for legal research, and a commitment to helping Cigna meet its legal goals.The ideal candidate will have a J.D. from an accredited law school and at least five years of relevant legal experience. Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide variety of pharmacy-related matters.
- Strategize and innovate solutions to pharmacy-related legal issues.
- Perform legal research on pharmacy-related topics.
- Prepare memos and summaries of legal research.
- Draft and review pharmacy-related contracts and agreements.
- Assist with regulatory compliance and due diligence.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding pharmacy-related matters.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Monitor developments in pharmacy law.
- Provide excellent client service.
Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Related Field
Knowledge Of Pharmacy Network Operations And Managed Care
Excellent Problem Solving And Critical Thinking Skills
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite
Ability To Prioritize Multiple Tasks And Work Independently
Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills
Knowledge Of Cigna Pharmacy Network Policies And Procedures
