  9. Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement or renegotiation.
  10. Keep abreast of changes in the healthcare industry and regulatory landscape to inform contract negotiations and management.
  11. Train and mentor other team members on contract management processes and best practices.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve contract management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards, in all contract management activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Contract Analysis And Negotiation.

  • Strong Understanding Of Legal And Regulatory Requirements Related To Contracts.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Negotiate And Build Relationships With Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Contract Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
