  1. Develop and implement community programs that align with Cigna's mission and values.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify community needs and areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design effective and impactful community programs.
  4. Manage the budget, resources, and timelines for community programs.
  5. Communicate with community partners and stakeholders to build relationships and ensure the success of programs.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community programs and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
  7. Stay updated on current community health trends and utilize this knowledge to inform program development.
  8. Create and maintain program documentation and reports to track progress and measure impact.
  9. Represent Cigna in community events and serve as a spokesperson for our community programs.
  10. Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote and raise awareness for community programs.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the community relations department.
  12. Stay informed on relevant laws and regulations related to community programs and ensure compliance.
  13. Provide guidance, support, and training to team members and volunteers involved in community programs.
  14. Continuously seek out opportunities for growth and improvement in community programs.
  15. Serve as a role model for community involvement and promote a culture of giving back within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Public Health, Community Development, Or Social Work.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Community Outreach And Program Development.

  • Strong Understanding Of Health Insurance Industry And Healthcare Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Community Partners.

  • Experience In Project Management And Ability To Develop And Implement Effective Community Programs.
