Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited University Or College.
Active Pharmacist License In The State Where The Position Is Located.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Pharmacy Role, Preferably In A Managed Care Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Medicine, Pharmacotherapy, And Drug Information Resources.
