Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited Pharmacy School.
Active And Unrestricted Pharmacist License In The State Where The Job Is Located.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Pharmacy Setting, Preferably In Managed Care Or Health Insurance Industry.
Strong Clinical Knowledge And Understanding Of Pharmacy Practices, Drug Therapies, And Medication Management.
