- Develop and execute innovative strategies to drive growth and success for Cigna's Individual and Family Plans division.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with company goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the individual and family plans, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Lead the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans for the division.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the division.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Provide leadership and direction to the division, ensuring alignment with the company's overall mission and vision.
- Act as a thought leader and spokesperson for the division, representing Cigna at industry events and conferences.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
10+ Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing Strategic Plans In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Individual And Family Healthcare Plans, Including Market Trends And Regulatory Requirements.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence At All Levels Of The Organization.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Growth And Profitability Through Strategic Initiatives And Partnerships.
