11. Represent Cigna and the pharmacy department at industry conferences, events, and meetings.
12. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the pharmacy department.
13. Use effective communication skills to engage and motivate team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
14. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including network pharmacies and pharmacy benefit managers.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and quality in pharmacy services.
