- Lead and oversee the workforce management and strategy analytics function, ensuring alignment with Cigna's business goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize organizational efficiency and drive innovation.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement within the workforce management and strategy analytics function.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.

Extensive Experience In Workforce Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Effective Strategies To Optimize Workforce Productivity And Efficiency.
Strong Strategic Thinking And Analytical Skills: As The Chief Of Staff, Workforce Management & Strategy Analytics, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Developing And Executing Long-Term Workforce Plans. Therefore, They Must Possess Exceptional Strategic Thinking And Analytical Abilities To Identify Trends, Forecast Future Needs, And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
