  1. Lead and oversee the workforce management and strategy analytics function, ensuring alignment with Cigna's business goals and objectives.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize organizational efficiency and drive innovation.
  3. Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement within the workforce management and strategy analytics function.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  5. Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership on workforce management and strategy analytics related matters.
  6. Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing mentorship and coaching to foster growth and development.
  7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies within the workforce management and strategy analytics function.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the organization.
  9. Monitor industry trends and developments related to workforce management and strategy analytics, and make recommendations for incorporating best practices.
  10. Represent Cigna as a thought leader in the field of workforce management and strategy analytics at industry conferences and events.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Workforce Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Effective Strategies To Optimize Workforce Productivity And Efficiency.
