- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth and increase market share for Cigna's Medicare Advantage division.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the Medicare Advantage space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and finance to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Create and manage the marketing budget for the Medicare Advantage division, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Lead the development of marketing materials and campaigns targeted towards Medicare Advantage customers, including but not limited to print, digital, and social media.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in Medicare policies to ensure compliance and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and industry influencers.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing efforts.
- Continuously evaluate and improve marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive customer satisfaction within the Medicare Advantage segment.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Experience In Channel Marketing, Particularly In The Healthcare Or Insurance Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Medicare Advantage Products, Regulations, And Market Trends.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Channel Marketing Strategies.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
