  1. Lead the development and implementation of Cigna's Customer Data Platform (CDP).
  2. Develop and own the data stewardship strategy and governance for the organization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of CDP initiatives.
  4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure understanding and buy-in for CDP and data stewardship efforts.
  5. Utilize data management principles to identify opportunities for improving data quality, accuracy, and accessibility.
  6. Work closely with IT teams to ensure proper integration and maintenance of the CDP.
  7. Lead and manage a team of data stewards to ensure data integrity and compliance with data governance policies.
  8. Monitor and analyze data usage and performance to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CDP and data stewardship to continuously improve Cigna's processes.
  10. Collaborate with other product owners and stakeholders to align CDP initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure successful implementation and utilization of the CDP.
  12. Conduct regular training and education sessions to increase awareness and understanding of CDP and data stewardship across the organization.
  13. Utilize data insights to drive business decisions and improve customer experience.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on CDP and data stewardship, providing guidance and support to other teams and departments as needed.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate CDP and data stewardship processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Product Owner Or Data Stewardship Role

  • Knowledge Of Data Governance Principles And Best Practices

  • Experience With Data Management Tools And Technologies, Such As Data Warehouses And Data Lakes

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
