  1. Conduct data analysis and provide insights to drive improvements in customer experience and operational processes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key areas for improvement and develop data-driven strategies to address them.
  3. Utilize various data sources and tools to gather and analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
  4. Monitor and track performance metrics related to customer experience and operational efficiency, and make recommendations for optimization.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics, specifically in relation to customer experience and operations.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to team members on complex data analysis and reporting.
  7. Implement data governance processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of data used for decision making.
  8. Collaborate with IT teams to develop and maintain data infrastructure to support business analytics needs.
  9. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to identify and resolve any data-related issues.
  10. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of data analysis.
  11. Train and mentor team members on data analysis techniques and best practices.
  12. Participate in strategic planning and provide recommendations based on data insights to support business objectives.
  13. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on data-driven initiatives and present recommendations for improvement.
  14. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive overall business success.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Business Analytics: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Business Analytics Techniques, Tools, And Processes. They Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Using Data To Solve Complex Business Problems And Drive Strategic Decision-Making.

  • Customer Experience Expertise: The Business Analytics Senior Advisor Should Have A Strong Background In Customer Experience, Including Customer Journey Mapping, Customer Segmentation, And Customer Satisfaction Measurement. They Should Be Able To Provide Insights And Recommendations To Improve Customer Experience Across All Touchpoints.

  • Operations Enablement Knowledge: The Candidate Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Operations Enablement, Including Process Improvement, Automation, And Efficiency. They Should Have A Track Record Of Implementing Successful Operations Enablement Initiatives And Driving Operational Excellence.

  • Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills: The Role Requires A Highly Analytical Mindset And The Ability To Think Critically To Identify Trends, Patterns, And Insights From Complex Data Sets. The Candidate Should Be Able To Translate Data Into Actionable Recommendations And Strategies To Drive Business Results.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Business Analytics Senior Advisor Will Be Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Customer Experience, Operations, And Data Science. They Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Different Stakeholders To Drive Consensus And Alignment On Data-Driven Initiatives.
