1. Conduct strategic analysis to identify business opportunities and provide recommendations to key stakeholders.
2. Utilize various data sources and analysis tools to extract actionable insights and drive data-driven decision making.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop analytical solutions to address them.
4. Communicate complex ideas and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide timely and relevant insights.
7. Lead and mentor junior team members in data analysis techniques, tools, and processes.
8. Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights and recommendations.
9. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting.
10. Provide support for ad-hoc data requests and special projects as needed.
11. Collaborate with IT teams to enhance data infrastructure and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
12. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and communicate insights to senior leadership.
13. Proactively identify opportunities for data-driven decision making and work with stakeholders to implement solutions.
