- Provide personalized coaching and support to members on their health and well-being journey.
- Utilize your expertise in healthcare to guide and educate members on ways to improve their overall health.
- Work directly with members to develop individualized plans and goals for their health and well-being.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and follow-up appointments to monitor progress and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to member care.
- Utilize bilingual skills to effectively communicate and connect with members from diverse backgrounds.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all member interactions and progress.
- Stay current on industry trends and healthcare best practices to continuously improve coaching techniques.
- Serve as a resource and advocate for members, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and understanding towards members to build a trusting relationship and promote positive health outcomes.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by actively participating in team meetings and sharing best practices.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations related to healthcare practices and patient confidentiality.
- Continuously strive to meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.

Fluency In Both English And Spanish: As A Bilingual Onsite Rn Health Coach, It Is Essential To Be Fluent In Both English And Spanish In Order To Effectively Communicate With A Diverse Patient Population.
Registered Nurse (Rn) License: Candidates For This Role Must Possess A Current And Active Rn License, As Well As Any Necessary State Or National Certifications.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field: Cigna Typically Requires A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Healthcare Field For Their Onsite Rn Health Coach Positions.
Previous Experience In Health Coaching Or Patient Education: Ideal Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In Health Coaching Or Patient Education, With A Strong Understanding Of Chronic Disease Management And Preventative Care.
