- Lead the discovery and development of user experience solutions for Cigna's behavioral health products.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and behaviors to inform UX designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize user experience opportunities.
- Use human-centered design principles to develop innovative and user-friendly solutions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the behavioral health industry, including current trends and best practices.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and iterate on UX designs.
- Ensure all UX designs meet accessibility and usability standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of UX designers.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of UX designs into the behavioral health products.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest UX design tools and techniques to continuously enhance the user experience.
- Present UX solutions to leadership and stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind design decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency of brand and messaging in UX designs.
- Identify and address any potential usability issues to optimize the overall user experience.
- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of UX designs and make data-driven decisions for future enhancements.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Psychology, Behavioral Health, Human-Centered Design, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Ux Design And Research, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Behavioral Health Needs And Challenges, Including Mental Health And Substance Abuse Disorders.
Proven Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Ux Discovery Processes To Inform Product Development.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Findings And Recommendations To Diverse Stakeholders.
