In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive user experience research and discovery for our behavioral health programs, making a direct impact on the lives of our members. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of behavioral health and experience in UX research to help us enhance our digital solutions and improve the overall member experience.   1. Conduct user experience research and discovery for our behavioral health programs.
  2. Develop and implement innovative UX strategies to improve the overall member experience.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key areas for UX improvement.
  4. Lead and facilitate user testing sessions to gather feedback and insights.
  5. Analyze and interpret user research data to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Use data-driven insights to inform UX design decisions and recommendations.
  7. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our digital solutions and make recommendations for enhancements.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX research and behavioral health.
  9. Communicate research findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
  10. Drive a user-centric mindset within the team and the organization as a whole.
  11. Provide guidance and support to other team members on UX research methodologies and best practices.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support UX research initiatives.
  13. Represent Cigna at industry conferences and events related to behavioral health and UX research.
  14. Contribute to the development and maintenance of UX research tools, templates, and processes.
  15. Uphold Cigna's values and commitment to improving the health and well-being of our members.

  • Ux Design Expertise: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Leading Ux Design Projects, With A Focus On Creating User-Centered Experiences That Meet The Needs Of Diverse Populations.

  • Research And Discovery Skills: The Candidate Should Have Experience Leading User Research And Discovery Initiatives, Including Conducting Interviews, Surveys, And Usability Testing To Gather Insights And Inform Design Decisions.
