  1. Develop and implement strategies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance within the organization.
  2. Conduct thorough audits of company policies, practices, and processes to identify areas of improvement and potential risks.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to ensure the implementation of effective controls to mitigate risks and maintain compliance.
  4. Keep abreast of changing regulatory requirements and communicate any updates or changes to relevant stakeholders.
  5. Lead and manage a team of audit, controls, and compliance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  6. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership, highlighting areas of concern and providing recommendations for improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and regulatory agencies.
  8. Identify and implement best practices for controls and compliance within the organization.
  9. Conduct training and educational sessions for employees on compliance policies and procedures.
  10. Monitor and track compliance metrics and report on progress to senior leadership.
  11. Investigate any potential compliance violations and take appropriate action to address and prevent future occurrences.
  12. Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper implementation of compliance-related projects and initiatives.
  13. Continuously assess and improve internal controls to ensure they are effective and efficient.
  14. Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies during audits or examinations.
  15. Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the company's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Internal Audit, Risk Management, Or Compliance

  • Certified Internal Auditor (Cia), Certified Public Accountant (Cpa), Or Other Relevant Certification

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance And Internal Control Frameworks

  • Previous Experience In A Leadership Or Managerial Role, With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team.
