  1. Provide strategic legal support and guidance to the US Commercial Medical Network business.
  2. Stay current on relevant laws and regulations in the healthcare industry and ensure compliance within the medical network.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations.
  4. Review and negotiate contracts with healthcare providers and other third-party vendors.
  5. Advise on legal aspects of business decisions and provide recommendations for risk management.
  6. Support business development by identifying potential legal issues and proposing solutions.
  7. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including policies and procedures.
  8. Communicate and educate internal stakeholders on relevant legal issues and updates.
  9. Handle any legal disputes or litigation related to the medical network business.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and other key stakeholders.
  11. Ensure that all legal activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and ethical standards.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in healthcare law.
  13. Drive positive change and innovation within the medical network business through legal expertise.
  14. Participate in and lead trainings and presentations on legal topics for internal teams.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Active License To Practice Law In At Least One State In The United States.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Law, With A Focus On Commercial Medical Network Contracts.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Healthcare Regulations, Including But Not Limited To Hipaa, Aca, And Medicare/Medicaid.

  • Strong Negotiation And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Advise On Complex Legal Matters Related To Commercial Medical Network Contracts.
