9. Collaborate with other designers and departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to design.
10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the overall design process and quality.
12. Keep track of industry and market trends to ensure the Cigna brand remains relevant and competitive.
13. Conduct research and gather inspiration to inform and enhance designs.
14. Maintain a strong understanding of the target audience and tailor designs to effectively communicate with them.
15. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
