Associate Motion Designer

• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop visual designs and animations for various projects, including brand campaigns and internal communications
• Utilize software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator to create engaging and dynamic motion graphics and videos
• Ensure that all visual designs are aligned with the overall brand guidelines and strategy of Cigna
• Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs and videos
• Continuously research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques in motion design to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance the visual impact of projects
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as clients and vendors, to gather project requirements and incorporate feedback into designs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
• Maintain a strong understanding of Cigna's products and services to accurately represent them in visual designs and animations
• Uphold a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all designs and animations produced.
