  2. Constantly learn and improve technical skills to stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

  11. Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards.
  12. Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders to provide progress updates and address any issues or concerns.
  13. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project timelines and deliverables.
  14. Proactively identify and resolve any technical challenges or roadblocks.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and privacy standards.
  16. Continuously analyze and improve the performance and efficiency of existing applications.
  17. Stay updated with Cigna's overall goals and objectives and align development efforts accordingly.
  18. Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture by actively participating in team meetings and activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Application Development, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
