Cigna is seeking a Senior Advisor to join our team as an Agile Product Owner. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative, customer-centric products and services through the use of Agile methodologies. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who can bring their expertise in Agile processes and product management to help us deliver cutting-edge solutions to our customers.   1. Lead the development of innovative and customer-centric products and services through the use of Agile methodologies.
  2. Utilize your expertise in Agile processes and product management to drive successful product development.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and prioritization.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze customer and market feedback to inform product decisions.
  5. Facilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
  6. Act as the main point of contact for the product, providing direction and guidance to the development team.
  7. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  8. Ensure product goals and requirements are well-defined and understood by the development team.
  9. Continuously monitor and track product performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful delivery.
  10. Lead and mentor other Product Owners on Agile best practices and processes.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in Agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
  12. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting open communication and transparency.
  13. Champion a customer-centric mindset and advocate for the needs of our customers in all product decisions.
  14. Work closely with the Scrum Master to identify and resolve any impediments to product delivery.
  15. Represent Cigna and the product at industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As An Agile Product Owner Or Similar Role In A Corporate Setting

  • Proven Experience In Leading Agile Product Development Teams And Delivering Successful Projects

  • Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodologies, Principles, And Best Practices

  • Excellent Communication, Collaboration, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
