Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Agile Methodologies: A Senior Manager In Agile Product Management At Cigna Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience Working In An Agile Environment. This Includes Experience With Agile Frameworks Such As Scrum, Kanban, And Lean, As Well As Knowledge Of Agile Principles And Values.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team, Set Direction And Priorities, And Drive Collaboration And Communication Across Cross-Functional Teams.
