Job Description

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Global Health Benefits team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our team in providing innovative and personalized health benefits solutions to our clients around the world. We are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to join our team.   • Greet and welcome visitors to Cigna and direct them to appropriate team members
  • Manage and maintain the team's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports for team members
  • Coordinate and organize team events and meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes
  • Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the team
  • Maintain and update various databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including memos, reports, and presentations
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed for projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with other administrative assistants and team members to ensure smooth operations and support across the organization
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by team members or leaders
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while representing Cigna at all times
  • Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and procedures for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Support Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Global Health Benefits And Insurance Plans, As Well As Experience Working With International Clients.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
