- Provide administrative support to the Global Health Benefits team, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel.
- Maintain and organize confidential records, documents, and correspondence for the team.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of health benefits solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for client meetings and internal discussions.
- Participate in team meetings and take accurate minutes to ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Monitor and manage team budgets and expenses, including tracking invoices and processing payments.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in the team's operations.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision making and problem solving.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and efficiency within the team.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Or Benefits Administration Setting.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Experience With Database Management.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Diverse Stakeholders And Clients.
