  1. Provide administrative support to the Global Health Benefits team, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel.
  2. Maintain and organize confidential records, documents, and correspondence for the team.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of health benefits solutions.
  4. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for client meetings and internal discussions.
  5. Participate in team meetings and take accurate minutes to ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  6. Monitor and manage team budgets and expenses, including tracking invoices and processing payments.
  7. Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in the team's operations.
  8. Conduct research and compile data to support decision making and problem solving.
  9. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and efficiency within the team.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to global health benefits to provide valuable insights to the team.
  13. Exhibit a strong commitment to the company's mission and values, promoting a culture of health and wellness in the workplace.
  14. Collaborate with other administrative assistants and team members to ensure seamless operations across the organization.
  15. Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the team leader or manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Or Benefits Administration Setting.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Experience With Database Management.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Diverse Stakeholders And Clients.
